Shipping Policy

-         Shipping and handling charges are based on item weights

-         Regular Shipping: BikeWorldUSA uses DHL and the United States Postal Service for shipping orders when standard shipping is selected.  Shipping method will be determined based on ship to location and weight of item(s) being shipped.  Paid orders will be shipped within 2 business days.  Expedited shipping orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are shipped within one business day.  PLEASE NOTE:  Amazon handles the payment and order processing, which could take up to 24 hours.  This means, BikeWorldUSA may not receive your order for up to 24 hours after you have placed your order.

-         International shipping:  BikeWorldUSA uses the United States Postal Service for shipping international orders.  Standard shipping orders are shipped First Class Airmail.  Standard international orders are shipped within 2 business days.  Expedited orders are shipped Priority Airmail.  Expedited international orders are shipped within one business day.  PLEASE NOTE:  Amazon handles the payment and order processing, which could take up to 24 hours.  This means, BikeWorldUSA may not receive your order for up to 24 hours after you have placed your order.

-         Tracking shipments:  You will be notified through Amazon when your order has been shipped.  You will also receive either a DHL tracking number for a DHL shipment or a delivery confirmation for a USPS regular shipment.  International orders are not trackable online through USPS.  International customers will receive a Custom Form number which you can use to track the package through customs in your country.
