| Return Policy BikeWorldUSA will accept returns of items in their original, unopened packaging for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, within 30 days of the order date. Your return must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date you placed the order. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Buyer will pay return shipping, unless prior arrangements have been made with BikeWorldUSA. Returns of opened items will not be accepted or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Before returning your item, please email deb@bikeworldusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. If package or contents were damaged in shipping Please save the original carton and packaging materials and contact us right away. Important: We take great care in packaging your order and we ask only that you take the same care in returning it to us to ensure a full refund. Repack the item in original packing; include all accessories and printed material. Don’t forget to put the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping methods: We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, DHL or FedEx, because your package can be traced if lost, and the item is automatically insured for the first $100. If you must ship an item back to us via your local Post Office, we strongly advise insuring it for the value of the contents price. Whether you ship UPS, DHL, FedEx or your local Post Office, you must pay for the return shipment as we cannot accept COD returns. Cancelled Orders: All cancelled orders are subject to a $3.00 cancellation processing fee. |
