5Quality Shoes  Mar 11, 2007 By R. WEST "Zakks"
Glad I found these shoes. They were what my grandson was looking for. They seem to be of very good quality and the fit was exactly in the size offered. I would recommend ordering this shoe or others made by Adidas.

4Short Term Review  Mar 09, 2007 By W. Crabtree
I just got these sneaks recently. I am going through the wear-in phase of the shoes. So these opinions are based soley, no pun intended, on my time with them so far.

Originally I had gotten a pair of the Jordan Hoops Low. I loved the style and got a good deal on them. Well, I found out that 13 in Jordan is more like 11 or 12 in other shoes. So I had them returned for a 14. I got the 14's and they were long enough..just not wide enough. It was then that I found out most of the Jordan b-ball shoes are pretty thin width.

I told the guy that I am willing to look at what they have in the store to just get something that I can try on. I ended up trying the KG A3 and they felt nice. I tried on these T-Mac 6s next and they feel better than the KGs overall. The KGs felt better on the heel, but that was the only place. Everywhere else, the T-Macs are more comfortable and it is the perfect width.

Just on the shoe...they are hurting my feet just a bit..but that is common for me for the break in period. I am overweight and flat footed so it takes a while for me to get my shoes comfortable. They are also warm inside. I am just wearing normal cotton socks right now, not my new Jordan dri-fit socks which wick better. I notice that there are no ventilation holes on the the shoe like most have. None on the toe area..none on the tongue..and none on the sides. There is also no meshy fabric to help ventilation either.

One thing I worry about is the "stability system" on the bottom of the shoe. Long term..it seems like it would be like the Shox system. My local shoe expert says he gets many returns for Shox that have been torn or worn at the Shox part prematurely but never had any T-Macs back yet. I guess we will see.

4Great style, performs well..  Jul 06, 2007 By R. Abdul-Haqq
I bought the red and black version of this shoe about 4 months ago. I really like the style and the way it grasps your foot. The cushioning and control are also nice. The only thing I had a problem with was the width on my left foot..for some reason the left shoe felt tight during the first few months. After an extended break in period it now feels fine.

I've bought most of the tmac line of shoes, and if you liked any of the previous generations, you won't be dissapointed.

5Mike Demeusy  Mar 08, 2007 By Mike C. Demeusy
Top notch! I have been using custom shoe arch supports for the past year due to lower back problems. I usually purchase other brands of shoes with size 11 wide(2-4) The T-Macs come in regular width so I purchased size 12. They fit great. I now have four pair of the T-Mac Series and I can wear them comfortably without the arch supports. These shoes have style and comfort. Can't wait for next line of T-Macs!

3Basketball Shoes  Jan 12, 2007 By Paul F. Hockberger
This is a nice looking shoe that fits well and is comfortable. However, after using it for one week, part of the sole came loose due to poor workmanship. They were only used indoor on wood floors for basketball practice and games. No outside or everyday use. I glued it back on, but two weeks later it came off again. Footlocker was nice about it and immediately sent a replacement shoe. I had to pay for the second pair, but will be reimbursed in full when they receive back the defective pair. I'm hoping this pair lasts. If it wasn't for this hassle, I would have rated the shoe 5 stars.
