By Deborah J. Wyche This hat was the worst. It was faded and it looked like it was used. I thought that I was purchasing a new hat, but that wasn't the case. When I tried to reach the Amazon linked company to send it back, there was no telephone number or valid address. The picture that is being shown is definitely a misrepresentation.
