Like the swiss army classic; but a bottle opener and philips screwdriver rather than scissor Dec 12, 2006
By T. Faranda
"Tom Faranda"
Great! A small, sharp knife, combination file and small screwdriver, tweezer, toothpick, and philips screwdriver/bottle opener combo tool. All in one package that can go on your keyring.
The question is, should you get the Rally, or the Classic, which is the identical pocket knife, but with a small scissor instead of the combination small philips head screwdriver / bottle opener?
It's a matter of which you get the most use out of; I have both but prefer the Rally for the bottle opener. Most people have the Classic, perhaps because the Rally is newer and isn't as well-known.
Have a look at the classic before you decide; it is on the Amazon website for the same price.

best $10 you can spend Jan 07, 2009
By Brian A I've always carried a pocket knife and find myself using it all the time. Victorinox definitely makes the best ones and they last forever so it's worth spending the extra couple bucks, instead getting a generic one. I prefer the Rally over the Classic because I never used the scissors and I find the bottle opener/phillips head much more useful. I've been the savior at more than one tailgate or party where we didn't realize that the bottles we bought weren't twist off. Careful at the airport though, I always forget I have it and they confiscate it at security.

So Handy!! May 27, 2009
By Meredith This little guy is so useful... The bottle opener/philips head is way more useful that scissors. I can't say enough how great this little tool is!! Everyone is always so thankful I have this with me.

Good May 02, 2011
By Blake This is such a perfectly practical little knife. The small blade is certainly sharp enough. The small philips screw-driver works perfect on my glasses that have philips-head screws. The bottle opener isn't the best, but it will get the job done. I have not had a chance to use the stripper yet, but everything else is great. So this is perfect if you don't mind losing the small scissors.

Perfect Keychain Knife Mar 09, 2011
By Raminator I love Victorinox knives! They are useful, inexpensive, and absolutely refuse to die! I bought this little rally to put on my keychain with my car keys. It's great having an itty bitty tool on hand for those really small jobs that I always seem to run into. From tightening screws on my glasses, to opening a bottle of sparkling cider, to pulling slivers from my hand, to small cutting jobs, this knife is great. My only gripe is that the keychain loop is on the wrong side. It would be better for me if the keychain attachment was on the opposite side of the small blade, but it isn't terribly inconvenient for me. If you have a ton of keys and a really big keychain, it might be an issue. But I can put my keys in my palm or remove the knife completely if need be. Still, that doesn't affect the outstanding quality of this knife, so on that note, I give it 5 stars for being a fantastic knife that you can buy for about $10.
