Getting old sucks - especially when you have to start modifying the way you do things that you've been doing for over 35 years!! I love my urban hybrid bike, but it was starting to kill my back. Even short rides would leave me with a cramp in my lower back. Installed these handlebars in less than 20 minutes (extra time to remove the dang grips from the old bars!) and - voila - no more back aches! For those who don't know much about bikes or handlebars, these will basically make your bike like a cruiser - nice rise and full sweep back toward the rider...very comfy!

These Torker Hi-Rise Cruiser bars are exactly the shape/size/look/color I was looking for. I put 'em on my full-suspension mountain bike because my old bones wanted a cruiser. No more hunching over - These are the ticket! One added tip: I moved my brakes/shifter levers as far forward as possible, so now I can grab the bars at the very end and cruise, or a little more forward when I'm going up a hill or over the bumps for more control. With the levers moved forward in this position, it would be nice to have some extra long grips to cover the whole area. Now, this bike is the most comfortable and fun bike I've ever had in my 42 years.

OMGosh My Mountian Bike is so much more confortable to ride now with these new handlebars...I wouldnt even ride my bike, because i hated to be all hunched over...Now with these New Cruiser Bars,I can sit upright and Cruise !! :)Not to mention the fact that they are BLACK...Makes it all that much Better !! I live Near the Beach and love to Ride My bike Up there :)
