Tube is very thick and tough. An 8 year old who loves to do slides, jumps, and general bicycle mayhem has yet to pop it.

Our neighbor gave us a bicycle that her daughter outgrew -it had a flat and she didn't want it anymore. Since it has tires this size, we had a heck of a hard time finding a tube for it. My husband finally found one the day that I ordered this and I almost cancelled the order but am so glad that I didn't. This tube is SUPER BEEFY. It's better quality than the one he bought and about the same price!!! Good seller, too. Very fast in shipping. Good sale, "all-around"!

By PK Got it for my kids bike (of course 18"). Best thing is I learnt how to change the tubes on a bike wheel!
