By Steve F (New York) This little tool is fantastic. I've had other extractors and this one beats them all hands down. It has a 14mm and a 15mm socket and a 8 mm hex key and a magnetic piece for spline cranks. I work part time in a bicycle shop, and this tool puts the other hyped Park's and Pedro's extractors to shame. All the other mechanics where I work are ordering one for themselves. And it's priced lower than the big name extractors of other companies. This tool will remove the crank nuts, the crank and you can use the 14mm and 15mm socket and the 8mm hex key for many other parts of a bicycle. In addition, I am extremely happy with BikeWorld USA. I have not seen any other bike stores that carry it. I highly recommend it. Every home and shop mechanic should have this do all tool in their tool box. This is like a Swiss Army knife tool for bicyclists. Sunlite crank extractor and BikeWorld both deserve 10 stars.
