1Is not secure enough  May 14, 2009 By Igyarto "Igyarto"
I really like the look of this basket, but it does not secure tight enough and wobbles all over the place, which causes slight movement of the handle bars. I commute to work on my bike and want a smooth ride. I can feel the rotational force/tension the basket puts on my handle bars. Forget about removing your hands from the handle bars, you need both with this. I will maybe try a different basket or just get a rear basket. I am pretty bummed because it does look cute.

3It is not secure enough  Apr 29, 2010 By B. Griffin "burtamous"
Once attached to my wife's bike the basket fit well, but the friction strap attachments did not hold well at all. As a result the basket shifted left and right with each turn, distracting and dangerous. Attempts to tighten and secure the straps resulted in the strap breaking free from the plastic friction lock. With that out of the way you can use the strap to secure the basket by tying it to the handle bars. The basket itself is fine, but you're better off using just about anything (leather boot laces, for example) other than the provided straps to secure your basket.

5Wicker Bike Basket  Aug 06, 2009 By J. Larsen "Love my Bike"
I love this basket. It arrived in record timing. The only thing I don't like is my basket has black straps, not the tan in the picture, and the straps are leather, so they will eventually break of wear and tear. Overall, great product, though.

5Perfect for the person who has everything  Nov 25, 2010 By GWAMA
I purchased this basket for a woman who has everything. She loves to ride her bike at "burning man" in Reno, Nevada. Because this is the main form of transportation she needs a large basket to carry all her needs. It is very sandy and windy so I made an insert to help keep the dirt out of her stuff. The price was great. Other stores had the exact same basket priced at $80.00
