Returned! Oct 13, 2008
By M. Terry Can't review the quality or comfort for this item as we returned it due to poor sizing and didn't want to bother with any future sizing issues. My son wears adult medium in everything (32" waist), so that's what we purchased. He couldn't even get them past his hips and these were supposed to be 'loose fit'. When we stretched the waist as much as we could it barely made 32"- how is this supposed to get over the hips? Went back to I-techs,they have plenty of stretch (he can still fit is his old size smalls in these).

I agree with the other review. The sizing on these is small so order a size up.

Disappointed Jan 07, 2009
By High Flyer I read the other reviews of this item and ordered my size based upon them, however even ordering up one size wasn't enough. I normally wear a large so I went for the XL but there was no way that I was fitting into the XL so I tried an XXL and still couldn't fit into them. I called Shock Doctor to ask if their sizing was off on this particular item and was told that it was not. The gal I spoke with pointed me to their sizing chart which does seem to show that you should order a size larger then normal but two sizes and it still doesn't fit...no way. a XXL should be falling off of me.

Order a size larger than you need Mar 16, 2013
By Jimmy D Very good Jock, but like most items from this company, they are sized smaller than advertised. So just get one size larger and you'll be fine. Very durable. My first one is on life support, but has lasted 8 years with regular use (twice a week).

Piece of crap Dec 14, 2012

Even if you go up a size, and they are way off on their sizing, anyone who says different is a liar or got a very different product, the straps holding the jock are designed for some alien creature and have near zero elastic, so your junk is unprotected. Total joke. Cant return it, so in the trash it goes.
