After spending about $25 for different cups and not liking them I broke down and spent the big bucks (I consider $25 for underwear big bucks) for the shock doctor power sliding shorts with cup.
I use this equipment for tae kwon do and because of all the movement and kicking while fighting you want something that is comfortable. And that they are. The shorts are wonderful to wear. The cup is a little large for my liking but it does fit well into the inside pocket. The is no chaffing like I was getting with other cups. I should have bought this in the first place and saved myself some money and would have been happy.

I play baseball, and I was a little concerned about the size of the cup and how it would feel, these thing is very comfortable, I tend to forget i'm using it. Fits tight so there is no movement from the cup.

I wear a size 38... I looked at some of the reviews saying they run small, so I got the XXL it says size 40-44. They fit tight maybe close to a 36-38. The cup seems comfy and fits good. If they made a size bigger or fit to the size they say I would say its a good sliding short.

The medium will fit an adult, but the provided cup will never fit. I bought the right size, but that must be a youth cup, because my junk doesn't fit in that small of a space. I later bought an adult cup. I don't wear them offen as I don't like the rubbing sensation it casues. Even though I have been hit in the kisser before with a "hard" baseball. Not fun. I know it's a risk, but it's one i'm willing to take.

This is a great product. I play ball 3 days a week and have already put these pants to the test. They are holding up great. The protective cup that comes with these pants isn't their best. If Shock Doctor put their best cup with these pants I would have given it five stars.
