By helen this is a high quality lubricating oil. i use it for all things that need to be lubricating including sewing machines. it comes highly recommended by sewing machine repair people. it will all i will use for my older sewing machines that require oil.

Fantastic for bikes, not so much for other items Jul 02, 2011
By Ivy I found "Superior Lube w/ Teflon" a fantastic lubricant for my bicycle (s). After using this product, my bicycle shifts smoothly, and my competitors try to blame my new speed on doping, even though they know it's this superior lube. I tried using this lubricant for sexual purposes; however, I found that this lubricant is only for bicycles. Please save yourselves the embarrassment and subsequent infections and only use this for your bicycle.
