5Works like it should and inexpensive  Mar 12, 2012 By DAVE
I have two of these stands, one for each of my road bikes. I like them because I can toss one in the back of my SUV with my bike and then stand the bike up safely while I sign in, get a cup of coffee and BS with other riders. I also use them in the garage and sometimes have alternated the bikes so they take up less room. I have read the stands can damage the cassette on the rear axle. I have not had that problem since I thought I was supposed to use the front wheel. On very windy days, I lean the saddle against the side of my truck. Because the stand is very light a bike could probably blow over. The stand is adjustable for tire width, but it does not fit the very wide tires on my trail bike. These things are so cool I have actually considered making one for my garage out of a 2x6, bent tubing, and the foam used on air conditioning tubing. I could easily make it long enough for all of my bikes and my 8-yr old granddaughter's very cool little bike.

5storage  Dec 14, 2011 By Here to WIN "Bookwise in the Garden State"
fairly simple to assemble...keeps the tire off the basement floor for winter storage...using in conjunction with a 2 bike floor stand (one road, one mountain)...so now all 4 wheels are "floating" to avoid dry rot until spring

5Does exactly what I thought it would  Jun 10, 2011 By C. Watts
I just bought a new mountain bike and I wanted an easy way to store it in the garage. I picked up this bike stand and it has done the job fine. It fits mountain bike tires fine and my bike hasn't fell down (at least due to the stand) since I've bought it.
