Good product Apr 06, 2008

This fender is well designed. It covers all possible splash from the wheel if you setup properly.

not quite what i thought it would be; but it seems OK Jun 16, 2011
By Todd W Initial reaction is that the way this connects to the bike post is a bit odd. The strap / plastic clip mechanism seems cheap, and it took a number of tries to get it OK, but I'm thinking it now will hold. The construction of the item seems cheap as well. Also, the item is not built for security. This would be a very easy item for someone to steal off a bike.
Importantly, though, I didn't get any water up my back riding to work this morning.
n. b., if you are someone, like me, who has other items on the post, you may have a hard time finding a place for this. While there are two hinges to adjust the fender, the post connector is very unforgiving for where it must go. I consider this quite a design flaw considering the makers thought of other places to have hinges but not at the connector.

Good product Jan 03, 2011
By Conor Needed fender for those wet days to work so went with this. Very easy to put on and take off. Probably could have done with something a little smaller, but does the job great and is light.

Keeps the mud off my back Nov 06, 2010
By Robert Sanges I use this in the wet weather on my Surly Pugsley with 3.7" tires. It stays in place if you get the strap tight enough. It will move before it breaks - I've tested that. It's very adjustable and flexible. It goes on and off the bike easily and quickly without tools (once it's adjusted to fit the bike).

Easy to Install Jul 28, 2010
By VG This will take you all of five minutes to install, granted you have the proper tools (get a multi tool for bikes) It's more flexible than it looks in pictures and it pivots two ways allowing the rider to make it their own. It does the job and is very lightweight.
