Needs mentioning - this is a keyed bolt! Aug 16, 2011 By Mikhail Fedoseev
There are two types - Campagnolo-style with knurling on one side (for round holes) and the keyed bolt, which has a square projection instead (one of the binder holes for such a bolt will have a notch to accept it).
I had a frame with round holes, so this only fit after I grinded down the bolt "tooth" with a Dremel. Still, it's better than a hardware store nut-and-bolt setup.
