5solve your problem  Sep 13, 2009 By Xiangyu Li
The picture is hand-drawing; the product looks really good. If you've bought a bike but the frame is too small, the 16" length and laid-back design help you keep a right riding posture.

5Perfect.  Feb 21, 2012 By MS
This seatpost does exactly what it should. You do not notice it, which means that it does not bend, it goes very well with the Sunlite Steel Touring Stem and the Pyramid Mountain Bike Riser Handlebar which I've bought to transfor a mountain bike into something more comfortable. The seatpost is solid, and looks better that it shows in the image. I would reccomend it.

5I use on a motorized mtn bike. Absorbs rear wheel shock.  Sep 06, 2012 By D. LAVIOLETTE "brightondale"
I recently added a motor kit to an old Specialized mountain bike. It's been great fun, but I never imagined how much you feel EVERY bump in the road when you're going a constant 15-20 mph.

I bought this seat post to aid in transforming my motorized mountain bike to a little more of a cruiser style, giving me a little more horizontal distance to the pedals. I also swapped out the straight mountain bike handlebar for a 3" rise handlebar, switched to fatter, smooth tread tires and, most important, switched from a rigid fork to a shock absorber fork.

What I didn't expect from this seat post was the improvement in shock absorption off the rear wheel. The angle causes the post to flex slightly, absorbing shock. I once had a seat post with a shock built into it. This laid back post is better since your seat won't twist. This combined with the shock fork on the front, the bike really is now a great ride.

One tip: Check your seat post receiver slot size. I had to order a post shim to make it work.

4Can move seat 2 inches back, or 2 inches forward towards handle bar, to make frame fit you better.  Nov 05, 2013 By R Gibbons
Sturdy metal, nice finish, Allows me to move my seat back about 2 inches for more comfortable riding (I'm a tall guy).
You could turn it around 180 degrees, and move the seat 2 inches closer to the handle bars if you are too short for your bike.

The metal is a bit heavy, OK on my commuting bike, but you wouldn't want this in a racing bike.

I'm happy, it does what is needed for a relatively low price.

Minor note: If you have a red tail light on your seat post, it will need to be re-aimed to face backwards, (mine needed an extension adapter).

5Lay back Post 4130  Oct 31, 2010 By Cro-Mag
How can you go wrong with 4130 chromo that has a beefy wall thickness and for the price, it is a great buy.
