If you own a Profile Aero drinking system, you should order the replacement parts at the same time. In particular, the rubber band likely won't last more than one season and it WILL break when you least need it to, and this is a critical part. The mesh is not a critical part, but should be periodically changed just for sanitary reasons (perhaps at the end of the race season). The extra straws might come in handy, if for nothing more than replacing at the end of the season, again for sanitary reasons. For me, I cut the the original straws down because they were too long. But then I changed my aero bars and their height and found the straws were then too short. The extras from this kit (I have the double system so had to buy two kits) were invaluable.

These are the same as the parts that came with the water bottle originally. Nice to have bands that I don't have to worry about snapping during a race, and a mesh and straw that aren't filled with algae.
