Better Than A Pop Can May 21, 2010
By JT$ For $7 each, these shims blow handmade pop can shims out of the water. I used two on my 25.4 straight bar under 26.0 cross brake levers. The levers haven't budged since installing a month ago. Make sure you know where you want to place the shims. Excess sliding, moving, twisting can leave scratches.

By N. Joslyn This shim is pretty flimsy, but you can't really complain when it is .6 mm thick. I had some trouble while installing it and the shim actually got pretty bent out of shape while squeezing my post down in there. So I guess it was a little tight for me.
However, the bottom line is, this thing did what it was supposed to, and that's all I needed it to do.
