Pump is a bust! Jun 07, 2007
By L A. Although the pump worked on my ball but it kept losing air. The pump was not as easy to use as a regular basketball pump and I returned the ball because it was deflating due to an air leak at the pump. Better to get a regular ball for almost half the price.

ULTIMATE Street Ball Mar 25, 2006 This basketball is so cool! The dual action micro pump works. It is kind of hard to pop the micro pump out. You have to push down on the pump, and while you push down on the pump you unscrew it. It takes a long time to pump, though. To deflate the ball, you push down on the pump. The ball doesn't stay inflated for long. The basketball feels good, and it has a good grip. The silver paint fades away quickly. I RECOMEND THAT YOU BUY THIS!!!!!!!!!!

Pump issues Nov 10, 2006

i don't really write reviews, but i felt like i needed to say something about this one. maybe its me, but i couldn't get the pump to work. So i bought a new basketball. I bought a regular one, and bought a pump. I wish that infusion thing worked out, because it would have been great to deflate it, put it in my bag, and then pump it up again at the court. But my friend warned me they don't work so good. I'm just stubborn i guess. That's my 2 cents. Take it for what its worth.

Stay away from infusions Mar 28, 2006
By Timothy Wong We've gone through about 2 or 3 generations of infusion basketballs from spalding. The gimmick isn't worth it and there are better balls like the original zi/o and the excel for outdoor and the TF1000 for indoor.
could use improvement Oct 13, 2010
By F. R. Traore The ball has good grip and feels good while dribbling, but it is not wise to only rely on the built-in pump. I say this because the pump takes along time to inflate the bass to a useable size and its very tiring.
