Product Nov 17, 2010
By J. Coyne
"Buzzard"
Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about but these are fine for what they are. Basically, they are to prevent touching metal, and they do that well. Installed on bar ends without having to cut them and albeit a pain to install they are holding great and BTW look good. Then installation instructions said to use hairspray or some tacky glue to install.... but that is in no way possible as they need to be pulled on to the bar ends and with either of those (hairspray/glue) it would be impossible to pull on. Installed with three drops of dish-washing soap, 3 at both ends of the grip (foam pad) and slid them on. Squeezed out the excess soap, and waited 24 hours before use.
No spinning and does what they are designed for...
Thanks
Perfect Fix Oct 25, 2011
By Thainer Perfect fit for my origin8 l-bend barends...I'm much more relaxed now because I can hold the ends without having to grip tightly now---and it provides a little padding. Perfect fit, nice. I used hand sanitizer to put them on, figured it would evaporte quicky and it did, not sure is the alcolhol is good for the rubber but I did it anyway.
Would definately recomend this product.
They are pretty much decent. Oct 11, 2011
By hadesnuggz Well, They wernt what I thought they were going to be but they arent bad. They are made out of a foam fabric roll with circle grip printing on them. I thought they would have actual grip on them, but they are softer than the bare bars, so whatevs.

By Dhorn04 Great product after you finally get it on the handle bars. I had to use simple green cleaner to slip up the bars to get the lizard grips on. Then dried off the handle bars while the grips were rolled all the way down, then back up. I also used stick glue to secure the grips after they were on. It tells you to use elmers glue all I had was stick glue. Just follow the directions on the back and you will enjoy this prodect.
Make you feel a little safer when pulling up hill on hot day Jul 18, 2011
By J Pugh I have these on my mountain bike that is running Continental Traffic tires so I can ride greenways the are paved and dirt. I have some major hills on the ride to and from the greenway. These really make me feel like I have a good grip on the bar ends when I am pulling uphill towards the end of a ride. I recently ended a ride in the rain and the Lizard Skins still keep me filling like I could use the bar ends.
