a good riser Sep 14, 2007
By J. S. Tovar I bought this to use with my bike trainer. It helps keep my wife happy by preventing scuffs. The riser is solid one piece and durable. I don't think i'll ever have to buy another one (unless it's stolen).
I use it for both my road bike and my mountain bike.

Kurt Kinetic riser ring Jul 25, 2011
By tri oki This product is very good for leveling any bike out. I also like that I can work on staying stabilized when working on things such as eating or no handed pedal drills.
Only issue I have had with this product was after the first use. I picked up the ring and one of the sticky pads stayed attached to the mat(Kurt Kinetic Mat). Had to glue the pad back on but not big deal.

Its a ring Feb 27, 2011
By Opensrcguru It works as expected. Not much to say other than that. I used a few old text books to see the difference and achieved the same result. This is by no means a necessity, but it works nonetheless.

Stable and sturdy Mar 09, 2010

Not all that much to say other than this is very well made from high quality plastics. It's very stable and sturdy, but I wish it were just a little taller to simulate climbing better. I put a folded up towel under it to give it another 1-2 inches of height, and enjoyed it even more.

Riser ring for trainer Dec 15, 2009
By Rosey This is a must have if you use a bike trainer as it levels out your bike so that you don't feel like you are leaning too far forward. This is very well made and I would highly recommend it!
