Great helmet, bad pad orientation Nov 01, 2006
By Arise Therefore This is a good helmet for the money. It fits my head like a glove (well, like a hat, really). I found it helpful to know that Giro helmets generally fit people with a more round head around the hat band, whereas Bell helmets are better for folks with a more oval shaped head.
One issue that will keep me from buying another one is the pads. They are oriented longitudinally so that sweat runs down from the top of the head and is channeled to drip right into my eyes. The Limar helmet I had before this one avoided this by putting a front pad across the forehead laterally with its low points depositing the sweat outside of the eye area.

Monza helmet worked great when it needed to Sep 01, 2007
By Cief I had my Monza only 2 months when I was hit by a car while inline skating. It was the most comfortable helmet I've ever owned. The helmet stayed on and saved me from any head injury. I'm ordering a new one today.

Well ventilated and easy to adjust, an excellent helmet! Dec 12, 2007
By twb I bought this helmet because I wasn't satisfied with the ventilation on the helmet I had. This helmet ventilates extremely well and is very light and comfortable. It feels more like wearing a hat than a helmet. I highly recommend it.
The adjustability is very nice, and never pinches or creates pressure points. The pads are holding up fine after several months now, and I ride to work pretty much every day. I haven't had the problem with sweat that others have mentioned, I might recommend that they invest in a headband.

Excellent price (almost half the cost of retail). Comfortable, light and great aerodynamics. I highly recommend the helmet and recommend purchasing with Amazon.
