The patches included are all one size rather than the different sizes pictured. They aren't tapered like the ones in the photo appear to be, and they are labeled as "glueless" patches, so the glue in the photo is not included. I haven't had occasion to use the patches yet, but I'm skeptical of their ability to actually patch a flat.
The rest of the kit looks the same and works fine.

I purchased this bundle as I needed all of the bits here to throw in my camel bak and it seemed to make sense to buy it in a convenient package like this. First off the inflator works great, I had a puncture shortly after purchasing this and managed to stick a new tube in and inflate the tire very quickly, having the trigger made it very easy to use and I cant say enough good things about it. The pouch that it all comes in is also pretty good, it's fairly stiff so I don't use it in my pack I keep my spare CO2 cartilages in it in my kit bag in the car.
Now the bad, one tire lever broke the first time I used it and the other broke the next time, they are next to worthless, it's also been a while since I repaired a puncture so when I used the patches I followed the instructions to the letter and they didn't seem to work that well, it took 2 goes and lots of squeezing to get them to work.
So I'd recommend that if you need all of the stuff here, just purchase it separately and get good quality levers and a repair kit.

AWESOME is the only word that comes to mind! It comes with everything I need to fix a flat and fits my allen wrenches as well. The best part is that it still fits in my jersey pocket.

Although I haven't had to use it yet, the kit looks great and complete. It perfectly fits in my small seat-bag on my mountain bag.
As other reviewer said, it's not exactly as described (patches are single-size and glueless) it's more an annoyance to get something different from what I expected than a real problem. Also it's a seller issue (should update the description and picture) rather than a product issue.

I love this thing comes with every thing u need. The air pump is great I got 2 mtbs. My one bike was very lo on air so i had to try it. loaded up the pump verey easy, it aired up the tire in les than a sec and the back tire to. The pump is veary small fits in my seat bag,good fore the trail. Great buy!
