You get what you pay for Nov 06, 2009 I thought this was a great deal - half the price of most other mats. The reason is that the material is thin; more like shelf liner than a piece of exercise equipment. I received mine today, undid the packaging, took one look at it and I am sending it back tomorrow. Buy a higher priced mat and avoid dissapointment.

Good but not great Dec 28, 2007 Does exactly what it supposed to do. Support your bike and trainer, but be prepared to weight down the entire mat because it has a tendency to roll back up on it is own.
