Excellent add-on for Fizik Saddles with ICS Dec 28, 2008
By Cyclocommuter I have been using the Fizik ICS Saddle Paks (both small and medium) for more than a year now and I am very pleased with them. These are much better than the old saddle pack that I was using that attached to the bottom of the saddle and seat tube via velcro strips. With the ICS, I just clip the saddle paks on and off and could easily move these between my two road bikes which both have the Fizik Arionne saddle, no need to fiddle with velcro strips underneath the saddle rails. The ICS also looks much better.
With the small ICS saddle pak, I could fit a tire tube, 3 tire levers, a small Park Tools emergency patch kit (small one that holds just adhesive patches), my front door keys, my ids, and dollar bills. This is just what I need for the majority of the training and group rides that I do from Spring to Fall. For longer rides (such as centuries), I use the medium ICS saddle pak which could fit all of the above plus an additional tire tube.
For owners of Fizik saddles with ICS, the Fizik ICS saddle pak is a highly recommended add-on.

Looks nice, but NOT for adventurous/high-miles road riders May 08, 2010

There is no doubt that this bag looks nice and has enough room to carry the essentials for a flat repair (assuming you use CO2). However, I found that the clip that holds the bag into the saddle was not nearly strong enough for my favorite rides. I am a road rider living in Boulder, CO who rides 15-25 hours per week... much of it on mountain roads. It is typical to encounter loose corners, washboarding, and face-peeling descents on roads meant for 4-wheel drive in an average ride. The first two weeks I had this bag I was training in the Midwest, all on pavement. The bag worked great and looked even better at the coffee shop. However, within 2 days of riding back home the clip was constantly falling off, the bag had torn in three different spots from its encounters with the ground, and I was more than fed up.
If you rock a Fizik saddle and prize style over function- there is no better saddle-bag. But if your favorite race is the Tour of Battenkill or Paris-Roubaix... and your favorite ride includes dirt roads, cyclocross trails, or even the occasional bike path, then steer clear of this item. I'll go back to my 4 dollar Performance seatbag because I know that it will be there, contents and all, when I need it most.

Nice but small Apr 04, 2010

Looks great under my saddle. Looks much cleaner then traditional saddle bags. Smaller then I expected, I don't know how the other reviewer fit everything stated in this bag. A tube alone is taking up 35%. I would hate to see the small size bag. I love the way it looks, but doubt I will be keeping it due to the small size.

Great concept, terrible execution Jun 28, 2011
By Ed Kuyper I love the concept of this bag. I ride three bikes regularly and they all have ICS compatible saddles. The problem is that the plastic clip is too weak to hold a fully loaded repair bag. That is 2 tubes, CO2 inflator and tool kit. I loved the modularity, a non-thigh rubbing due to no strap on seatpost, but I have now lost two of these and all the gear in them.
DON'T BUY THIS!!!

Bag Be Gone Mar 23, 2011
By Captain Insano This bag was OK for a while, but then the rivets that hold the clip to the bag started to separate from the fabric. It's just not designed to hold the weight of a full bag. Don't buy it, unless you want to lose your stuff.
