Good quality, comfortable bike seat. Mar 26, 2011
By Pogo I purchased this seat for two reasons: it has a seamless vinyl cover and a 'comfortable'(i.e., wide) design. I live in an area where everyone rides bikes, and being in the tropics it rains a lot. The typical fabric designs you see become instant sponges that are the leading cause of "swamp butt".
Seriously, the seat is very well made with a thick vinyl cover over soft padding, attached to a molded plastic base. The seat is sprung with heavy duty chrome-plated steel springs for a good solid ride. This seat has been exposed to hot, direct sunlight and miles of riding on a daily basis for many months now and still looks and feels brand new. The seat is very comfortable, and if it ever wears out I'll line up for another one.
