I bought these for my cruiser, which I use primarily (read: exclusively) for Burning Man. When I received these grips, I immediately put them on my bike, knowing they would transform it from a simple, grey beachcruiser into a badass hog that wasn't about to let anyone get in its way.

Everything went according to plan, until I got on the bike to ride it. The grips swivel on their mount. There's nothing to be done about it. I tried gluing them into place, but that held for about a second and a half.

Functionally, these deserve a 1. If bicycle grips can't perform their primary task, they really aren't bicycle "grip" at all. The extra star comes because they adequately perform their secondary task of looking cool.
