I just got this basket to go on my Electra Cruiser Deluxe and its fantastic. The basket is spacious and the snap out liner is a must these days to save on "paper" or "plastic" while shopping. Although it didn't come with installation instructions, I just went down to my local bike shop and asked them how to install it. It was quite simple and I was off and riding in no time.

I have a Townie and this basket only fits Electra Cruisers. Too bad it doesn't say in the description what bikes it is compatible with because it seems like a very durable basket that is also a decent size...

This basket looks great on my Electra Betty! It is sturdy & cute (genuine Electra part). It doesn't come with installation instructions, nor did it go on how I thought it would, but a bike mechanic friend just took 20 minutes to put it on & I love it. Good product & fast shipping! Will purchase from this seller again should I find something else my bike needs. =)

I bought this for a Giant bike and when the product came in the installation instructions made no sense. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it's ONLY for Electra bikes -- no wonder I couldn't figure out what piece of the bike they were talking about. I re-contacted the store and they said it should fit any bike and gave me more instructions that also made no sense. 3 months later it's still sitting on my clothes dryer uninstalled.
