Fantastic Bike Mirror Jul 31, 2010 My boyfriend ordered one of these for his Globe bike and I tried it and love it. I just ordered two of these for my two bikes.
What's nice about this mirror is that you velcro it on to any handlebar. The mirror also swivels so that when you shift with the handlebar you can adjust it. Since my bikes are Trek automatics, I don't have to use the handlebar to shift so I won't encounter this issue.
The size of the mirror is sufficient enough to view behind you. I also like that you can constantly mount and unmount this mirror from your bike to prevent breakage during bike rack transport. The easy mount and unmount of the mirror puts it at greater risk of being stolen, however.
Having a bike mirror is a safety issue and in my opinion this is a good buy especially because it's so easy to mount and unmount.
love it! Jul 15, 2010 I really like the flexibility of this mirror. The mirror seems sturdy to me. I don't need to worry about people stealing it because it can be easily put on and off. I just take it off and carry it with me whenever I have to leave my bicycle somewhere. It is very easy to adjust so I don't mind to re-adjust it every time.

This is a great bicycle mirror Apr 18, 2010 I bought this mirror because it looked easy to install and adjust and was from a trustworthy brand. After having recieved it an tried it out I can say that the pluses are that the image quality is excellent and it installs in seconds, but the big negative is that it does not have a reliable hold on the handlebar. You have to pretty much adjust it constantly in order to see what is comming and it will fall off if you don't keep your hand on it. Because it would be too much trouble to try to return it, I have found a way to make it work by moving my grip slightly to the outside on my left hand to allow it to rest on the mirror's attachment which enables me to adjust the mirror easily by just moving my hand forward or backward to make the mirror go up and down. The swivel neck on it also moves very easily from bumps, so I may have to reach over and adjust the mirror itself also. I do not recommend this product for these reasons, but it was still a good idea so I was nice and gave it three stars.
Couldn't be simpler to use Apr 14, 2010 This thing does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it extremely well. I have a Specialized hybrid bike and you just put the plastic part against the handlebar grip, then wrap the velcro band around it tight to secure it. The velcro band that it comes with is industrial strength velcro...sticks extremly well. The oval shape of the mirror provides a nice wide angle of view. Between the mirror and the bracket is a little nut that you can tighten so that the mirror stays in place and doesn't start sagging when you ride and/or hit bumps in the pavement. If you get it on real tight, it stays in place very well and the view in the mirror is very clear with little distortion from road vibrations. Highly recommended and I now feel safer on the road now that I can see if anything is coming up from behind me.
As advertised Feb 15, 2010 This mirror installed in less than 1 minute, has a good field of view, is easily adjustable, and didn't present any discomfort on the hand when riding. Best thing is, I can take if off just as easy as I put it on, I can switch it to other bikes, or remove when I am transporting the bike.
