Much needed product. Mar 25, 2010
By Andrew Wade This bell is mounted to a headset spacer. It does NOT go on your handle bars. This is great for those who would want more space on their handlebars for their hands. (the 1 star reviewer did not realized this, I recommend disregarding it)
The description doesn't mention this but it fits on 1 1/8" steerer tube.

This baby does not come apart anyplace in order to get on the handle of my bike. There were NO directions that came with it. I ended up throwing it away.
