By GKROSE I loved the look of this hat, but I had thought it would come with the feathers, which it did not. Not a big deal.. I try it on and it is rather tight on my head, when I always wear a medium in hats. The quality is alright. I could have picked up a felt derby for under $10 and it be the same quality as this one for $20. I give it a solid 2/5 stars. I doubt I would tell anyone else to purchase this.
