Won't ride without them! Nov 05, 2010
By G.L. Started wearing them as a new rider because.. well you all know why. Now I won't ride short or long rides without them. They are light, wick moisture very well and add just enough extra padding that even after a century ride I'm ready to get back on... the next day! The fit is also pretty good although since I am 5'7" they are a bit too long. But the sizing is good on the waist.

Just what I needed Aug 14, 2010
By Francis Malone I bought these shorts to wear under my motorcycle riding pants. The cushioning is just what was needed to make long days in the saddle more comfortable. And teh service was wonderful They were shipped and I received them very quickly. A good product and great service. Thanks

Light & Flexible May 12, 2011
By Richard Lemmon I found these to be a very comfortable fit. I went by the suggested chart when ordering my size and found it to be accurate. The leg bands fit well but are not too snug. They also don't creep up your leg. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was due to the waste band. It is thin and feels a bit flimsy. I wish it had a thicker band like on boxer shorts.

Not worth half the price! Jul 24, 2012
By Matthew Wood I bought these in hopes of finding a good quality padded short to wear under my regular shorts when I go out to ride. Unfortunately, I didn't get that with this product.
The shorts got here rather quickly...no issues with the sender or shipper. They did their job well.
When I pulled the shorts out of the box, my immediate thought was that someone sent me grannie's stockings. The quality of the product was low...like someone just took a pair of control top panty hose and stuck some padding in the crotch. I decided to keep an open mind and give them a couple of shots...maybe I would be pleasantly surprised. I tried them on for the first time. The fit, and the padding, was less than impressive. I went out to bike around 20-25 miles on descent pavement (no off-roading), and came home just as sore as if I had no padding. I gave them a second try just yesterday (in case the first was just an off day), and had the same experience. I have a pair of padded shorts made by another company (not on Amazon, sold at REI) that are a few dollars more, however, provide a much better fit and feel...I'm sticking with those!
In my opinion, if you want to go with this product and don't want to spend a little more on something better, here's an idea: Go to your local drug store or supermarket, go to the "feminine care" section, and buy the thickest "super soaker" pads that you can find, and sew them into a pair of loose fitting underwear...and there you have it! These "padded skins" are pretty much the same thing!
As for myself...I'll spend a little more on something better!

Disappointed Jun 12, 2012
By Jescpen I am an avid cyclist. I weigh about 155lbs and ride 4 to 5 days a week & 150 to 200 miles. It's very hot here (near Wichita Falls, Texas) so comfort is definitely a priority. I ordered these biking undershorts to give me a little extra padding under my regular biking shorts for that 4th or 5th consecutive day when the ol' tailbone is beginning to really get sore. Most of the reviews I read were positive so I went for it. The fit was good, with no 'rolling' of the waistband, but I am disappointed in crotch comfort. The material holding the padding in place is the same as the rest of the shorts(nylon/lycra) and from the getgo felt like I was sitting on sand paper. I did a short '30 miler' yesterday and wasn't sure I'd make it back, my crotch was in such pain. Guess I'll try wearing 2 pair of light-weight biking shorts with the chamois crotch.
P.S. I re-read the reviews of this undershort and one of them mentioned that they like the chamois crotch liner. NOTE: This undershort does NOT have a chamois crotch liner!
