By bakira The description and picture could have been better, but the tire I got is what I wanted.
The tread, for being a rode tire thickness, could be smoother, but it works perfectly well on streets/trails.
This is a Schwinn type 24x 1 1/4 x 1 3/8 tire, and the iso written on the tire was 35-547, not 32-547.
The brand of tire I received was Kenda.
