Love these pedals Sep 19, 2010
By G. Lonsdale Use these pedals on my Urban Assault Bicycle in LA. I used to have the PD-M545 but found them hard to get out of. These are actually lighter and much easier to get out of. They also have a bigger platform for riding when I do not have my bike shoes on. Highly recommend if you are looking for a pedal to do two things, give you the freedom to ride your bike in any shoes and then give you the security of a great biking pedal with you MTB shoes. Another thing I love is I can go to the store and walk in my bike shoes.
