By B. Swaback I'm keeping this product... because it will cost me just as much money to send it back as I paid for it in the first place.
It's plastic. Not just a little plastic, but REALLY plastic. It looks and feels as though the hippo will snap off at any moment, and the bell works only intermittantly. Not only that, but it's difficult for a kid to use it because of the placement of the thumb press. The part where you attach it to a bike is very small (AND FLIMSY PLASTIC!); probably wouldn't fit on a kid's bike anyway.
This is going to a charity donation bucket ASAP. TOTAL JUNK. Save your money.
